Convention 2020 is a global study looking at the future of the meetings and events industry over the next decade. The study runs until October 2010 and will explore the major drivers of change for the industry and the implications for meetings, venues and destinations. The study is backed by a number of leading sponsors from across the industry and supported by a panel of experts. In this session for industry leaders, Project Leader Rohit Talwar will launch the results from a project survey on the future shape of the sector, highlight emerging findings from the wider research programme and facilitate a group discussion on the implications for the industry.
