Leith's at the Centre Freeze Menu Prices

Leith’s at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC), London’s most prestigious purpose built centre for professional meetings and events, has unveiled its new selection of menu dishes for the coming year. Executive head chef Gary Parsons and his team have devised a creative set of sustainable, Fairtrade and seasonal menus, offering QEIICC clients a balanced and nutritional selection of food and drink for the duration of their event.

In line with The QEIICC’s continued commitment to providing value for money to its clients, and in light of the still uncertain financial climate, Leith’s at the Centre has taken the decision to freeze its menu prices for the coming year.

Richard Davis, deputy general manager with Leith’s at The QEIICC comments: “Our new menus consider the importance of sustainability and healthy balanced choice, whilst offering interesting and delicious food to all delegates. Leith’s also understands that events are price sensitive in this uncertain economic climate and so has kept the tariff static. Despite food inflation fluctuating over the past twelve months, rising to beyond 12 percent at times, these costs have not been translated into our selling price.”

Comments Ernest Vincent, chief executive at The QEIICC: “Leith’s are continually striving to achieve and exceed client expectations. Whatever the size of the event, QEIICC clients can enjoy a range of fresh, uncomplicated and contemporary food and drink tailored to their requirements. From breakfasts or light refreshments to fork buffets, canapés, a la carte or cocktail party collections, Leith’s provide the ultimate dining experience for any event.

“The price freeze reflects the Centre’s continued commitment to providing increased value for our clients and working with them to ensure a positive response to the uncertain financial climate.”

Our Clients

“We chose The QEIICC for a number of key reasons. As the financial capital of Europe, London was the ideal venue for the show but we needed a central venue in the heart of the city. Although other venues of sufficient size were available, they did not feel like they were a real part of the city. In the US we usually take over a large conference hotel for the show. However, we felt this was unnecessary in London as the local audience means that accommodation is less important than our need for substantial breakouts and a large exhibition hall.”
