The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC), London’s most prestigious purpose built centre for professional meetings and events, has announced a new major pricing policy change by introducing a Day Delegate Rate (DDR).
The new DDR of £79 + VAT will offer clients a fully inclusive package that has been targeted at the mid market price point and is to reflect value for money in the current economic climate. The packaged rate and booking process is set to make the Centre more accessible to a wider range of clients who have not previously considered The QEIICC for smaller meetings and events.
Jonathan Byrne, Commercial Director at The QEIICC, commented: “Our £79 + VAT per person mid market price point is designed to reflect value for money in today’s more testing economic times. The QEIICC has an unrivalled location, 15 dedicated meeting rooms and Leith’s at the Centre provide award winning food and beverage qualified by clients who prize and value our operational delivery. Now all we need to do is offer this to clients in easy to buy packages.
“The QEIICC needed to demonstrate sustainable options and we feel we have provided this with the new rates. It is important that we listen and respond with effective solutions to the feedback and we feel this change demonstrates our commitment to our customers.”
To ensure the 15 meeting rooms remain available as break out rooms to clients hiring the whole centre, the Day Delegate Rate is available for bookings made up to three months before the event date.
