Visit London Association Showcase, 18-19th April 2010

The QEIICC will be part of Visit London’s Association Showcase 2010 – a new, tailor-made workshop for in-house association event executives with responsibility for the planning of national or global events with a particular interest in finding out what’s new in London – on 18-19th April 2010 at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

In addition to having the opportunity to experience the latest on offer across the capital first hand, delegates will enjoy sessions from keynote speakers on ‘raising expectations’, ‘a case study experience of bringing a conference to London, a hot topic panel discussion session – covering ‘social media and its practical application for Associations in generating audiences’, ‘VAT reclaim changes for event planners’ and ‘Visit London services and what’s new in London’ – as well as ‘recruiting and retaining generation Y Association members’ and ‘London 2012 and the Olympic legacy’. Delegates will also have the opportunity to network with peers and London venues and suppliers.
