MARKETING Events To Maximise Your Budget

The Centre continued its 2010 Masterclass Series – The Four Stages of Your Most Powerful Event Yet – on Friday 14th May with the second of its exciting new sessions: MARKETING Events to Maximise Your Budget.

The Verdict

Over 40 event organisers came along to discover more about how to successfully market their events. The Masterclass covered a wide range of essential topics such as working with a restricted budget, integrating social media, marketing to generation Y, utilising your venue and successful exhibiting.

Delegates particularly enjoyed finding out about ‘free’ marketing such as how to use your venue to help market your events as well as the particular highlight – Kursha’s presentation on social media. Useful, practical tips and handouts further enhanced all four presentations. The masterclass scored 7.6 out of 10 for meeting delegates’ expectations, according to the delegates themselves.

Video Testimonials

This Masterclass built upon the Digital Marketing Masterclass that was held in July 2009 and further developed a number of the key issues that arose. That Masterclass was enjoyed by more than 50 conference and events professionals and a few of their thoughts are captured below.
