Do you need to arrange a high-profile board meeting, off-site interviews, or an international conference call? Why not use our Media Suite and take advantage of our great rates.

Our Media Suite includes comprehensive AV and IT equipment. Accommodating up to 12 delegates, it is available to hire for a minimum of two hours and includes:

  • PC with internet access and colour printer
  • 50 inch plasma screen and DVD player
  • Conference telephone (including £10 of calls)
  • Laptop computer with internet access
  • Access to business centre facilities
  • Video conference unit (additional charge)
  • IT support

Up to 8 hours £600.00

The Media Suite is ideal for interviews, high profile board meetings and impromptu discussions. It will also enable you to manage travel costs and reduce carbon emissions by communicating via media links rather than travelling long distances.
