All recruitment is carried out by means of ‘fair and open’ competition as outlined in the Civil Service Commissioner’s Recruitment Code.

The Centre recruits throughout the year as and when vacancies arise. The posts are offered on a permanent or fixed term basis.

To be eligible for employment at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre you will need to be either a UK National or a national of another European Union member state, or a commonwealth citizen and have the right to work in the UK. Swiss Nationals are also eligible. In addition, if you have dual nationality, you will be eligible as long as one of the nationalities meets the requirements.

The recruitment process is audited on a yearly basis.
