A member of our sales team will handle all the early stages of planning your event, from initial enquiry to contracting. An experienced Event Manager will then be appointed as your main point of contact to offer advice and suggestions and ensure the success of your event. Prior to your event they will hold a meeting with you to discuss your exact requirements. They will also assist you in managing all aspects on the day.

Business Centre

Our Business Centre provides a range of support services including secretarial facilities and internet access, allowing you and your delegates to keep in touch with the rest of the world. The QEIICC has also installed a dedicated Media Suite with comprehensive AV and IT equipment.

The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre is one of the most security-concious venues in London. 24-hour Security is in place for our customers and their delegates for every event. Additional security can be provided if required, along with full security checks for all delegates in the form of airport style security if your event requires it.
