The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC) has always maintained a core, experienced, in-house audio visual team (Interface) with a unique expertise and an unequalled knowledge of the Centre.

Owing to our highly skilled team, we have an enviable reputation and consequently organise most of our clients’ events here at The QEIICC. Our permanent installations, consisting of the most up-to-date equipment, are designed and purpose-built for each event space, using the in-house skills and knowledge of the building.

Expert Staff

We regularly train our staff to improve their logistics, production and design capabilities, evidenced by our Investor in People status. Our technical staff are constantly undergoing training for the Certified Technology Specialist, the professional audio visual qualification, recognised internationally as the global benchmark for technical personnel.

Project Management

During the provisional stages of event planning, we can offer you customised estimates that are tailored to your needs via our AV/IT Sales Manager. Nearer the time you will be allocated a dedicated Project Manager to assist you with your technical requirements. We can also supply 3D visuals and other imaginative services; we pride ourselves on our creativity and design.

Competitive Rates

Being on-site we can offer competitive AV rates for your event, and offer a sustainable alternative to transporting equipment to the Centre. All our equipment is carefully maintained in our well-organised in-situ stores. Our technological infrastructure ensures we can deliver your requirements swiftly, economically and to the highest standard.
