AV Design and Production

Interface, the Centre’s in-house audio visual team, aim to provide you with the perfect solution to your event requirements and ensure your expectations are fulfilled every time.

For most events, there is no period of rehearsal and therefore no second chance. To ensure success at the first attempt, we follow a creative process that facilitates the visualisation of an event long before it happens.

3D Visuals

We are proud of our immensely creative Project Managers who can produce 3D visuals of stage sets, to scale, using each client’s corporate guidelines. As well as illustrating the stage designs from every angle, they can also show you what the view would be if you altered the lighting, changed a camera position or added projection screens.

Initial visuals are free of charge and they can be revised until your objectives are fully achieved – you can watch this process, every step of the way.

Our technicians would then use the final visual as a guide when building and operating the show on the day; ensuring your expectations are met by adhering to the details that had been confirmed on paper beforehand.

Interface’s Creative Strategy

The result of this creative strategy is that our clients frequently come back to The QEIICC, enthused with new ideas; and since the service is completely in-house, we are able to add value yet remain competitive. We believe our creative management is a benchmark for venues and for AV professionals alike and encourage you to put our services to the test.

Our Clients

“The QEIICC has all the facilities we require to hold our annual Enforcement Conference, in a very good location, at competitive rates. Not only were our delegates made to feel welcome, but also our own people who were there to register guests as they arrived were not forgotten.”
