• Stage 40’ x 8’6” x 2’
• Fixed grey display suede stage set with front projection screen, 10’ 6” x 7’ 10” complete with black screen surround
• Standard top table x 4 stage right
• Standard black lectern stage left
• Sound system includes 2 fixed lectern and 2 x fixed top table microphones, and 2 x hand-held radio microphones
• Digital MP3 record onto 1 x data CD
• In situ induction loop system
• Standard lighting system – 6 x lamps to illuminate lectern, top table and centre-stage wash
• Basic PowerPoint projection, including single source XGA data projector and 1 x desk top computer PC, and radio cue light
• 2 x hard wired talk-back for technicians
• 2 x technicians on duty from 08.00 – 18.00 hours

NB: This room is a fixed layout for front projection, offering only theatre style seating for up to 300 or cabaret style for up to 140 delegates (based on 7 to a table). Tablets are provided for theatre style seating as we are not able to offer classroom style in this area.
