• In situ stage
• In situ light grey display suede stage set with 4:3 aspect ratio projection screen, complete with black screen surround,
  with either:
  •Front projection: 13’6” x 10’ 1½ ” aperture
  •Rear projection: 12’ x 9’ aperture
• Standard top table x 4, stage right
• Large ash lectern, stage left
• Sound system includes 2 x fixed lectern and 2 x fixed top table microphones, 4 x handheld radio microphones
• Digital MP3 record onto 1 x data CD
• In situ induction loop system
• Standard lighting system – 8 lamps to illuminate lectern, top table, and centre stage wash and 2 x set logos (logos not included)
• Basic PowerPoint projection including:
  Single source XGA data projector with either: • 6.2 to 9 : 1 zoom lens for front projection • 1.2 :1 fixed lens for rear projection
• Cold back up XGA data projector
• 1 x lapktop computer PC
• Radio cue light
• 2 x hard wired talk-back for technicians
• 2 x technicians on duty from 08.00 – 18.00 hours (usually a sound tech and a lighting tech)
