• Recommended staging 56’ x 8’ x 2’, across the East Long Room wall,
• 2 x projection screens 10’ x 7’ 6”, (one in the Whittle; one in the Fleming) stage set sold separately
• Standard top table x 4 stage right
• Standard ash lectern stage left
• Linked sound system includes 2 x fixed lectern and 2 x fixed top table microphones and 2 x hand-held radio microphones
• Digital MP3 record onto 1 x data CD
• In situ induction loop system
• Standard lighting system – 6 x lamps to illuminate lectern, top table and centre-stage wash
• Basic PowerPoint projection, including single source XGA data projector and 1 x laptop computer PC, and radio cue light
• 3 x hard wired talk-back for technicians
• 3 x technicians on duty from 08.00 – 18.00 hours

NB: Rear projection is recommended. Stage sets are available from £1,100.00.
There is no projector for the Whittle.
