Essentials Large Conference Day Delegate Rate (DDR):

From just £57.00, to provide the most effective solution for events for 50-1300 delegates.

• Conference room hire (08.00-18.00)
• Starter AV package
• Mid-morning tea, coffee, filtered water and biscuits
• Essentials Fork Buffet, with tea, coffee and filtered water
• Mid-afternoon tea, coffee, filtered water and biscuits
• A refreshments/catering area
• A dedicated event manager for your event

Essentials Small Meeting Day Delegate Rate (DDR):

From just £67.00, to provide the most effective solution for events for 15-40 delegates.

What’s Included?

• Meeting room hire (09.00 – 17.30)
• Wireless internet connection x 1
• Arrival tea, coffee, orange juice and biscuits
• Mid-morning tea, coffee, filtered water and biscuits
• Working lunch with orange juice served in the meeting room
• Mid-afternoon tea, coffee, filtered water and biscuits
• Flip chart and pens
• Stationery and mints
• Dedicated event manager

Meetings in our ‘poet’ rooms (for up to 40 delegates) also include:

• Projector and screen, DVD/BluRay player, audio and induction loop
