The third floor is the Centre’s most famous and arguably London’s best self-contained conference and hospitality area. The flexibility of the space makes it ideal for theatre, cabaret and classroom-style presentations.

When the Fleming and Whittle Rooms are combined they create the largest area in the Centre, holding up to 1300 (front projection) or 1200 (rear projection) in a theatre style layout.

Catering

Hire of the Fleming & Whittle Rooms includes a dedicated catering area: The Benjamin Britten Lounge is a catering area for up to 750 (dependant on minimum numbers), which your delegates enter before moving through to the Fleming Room & Whittle Rooms.

• Adjacent to Fleming Room
• Can accommodate up to 750 for a fork buffet lunch
• Ideal for smaller numbers with additional exhibition
• Double height ceiling and floor to ceiling windows
• Overlooking Westminster Abbey
• If numbers are above 750, refreshments can also be served in the Caxton Lounge directly below on the 2nd floor.
• Both areas boast offices for your use whilst on site.

Leith’s offer a comprehensive Simply Priced Delegate Package that includes 3 servings of tea and coffee, and a standing fork buffet lunch.

Technical Information

Hire of the Fleming & Whittle Rooms includes a standard audio visual package, which includes basic sound, lighting and projection. The room also benefits from:

• Lighting bars
• 3 phase power
• Induction loop
• A large amount of 13A floor sockets
• CAT 5 and 6 cabling is available under the flooring
• Wireless network throughout

High Definition projection with widescreen (16:9) is also available to hire in this room, along with capabilities for satellite links, interpretation and audience response if required.
