475 The Whittle Room is located on the 3rd floor and can be used individually or combined with the Fleming to create the Centre’s largest conference space.
The room can accommodate up to 400 delegates and the flexibility of the space offers the opportunity to be creative with your production.

Hire of the Whittle Room includes a dedicated catering area: The Caxton Lounge.
- Can cater for up to 400 for a standing fork buffet
- Also ideal for smaller numbers with pop-up display stands

Hire of the Whittle Room includes a standard audio visual package, which includes basic sound, lighting and projection. The room also benefits from:
