This season we continue to offer a fixed price for our á la carte menu.

For £48.00 per person you may choose any of the following dishes for a 3 course lunch or dinner, including coffee and petit fours.

We also offer a seasonal á la carte menu with a wide range of options.

First Courses

  • Jellied Hock of Pork Terrine with Piccalilli
  • Smoked Halibut, Beetroot and Horseradish Salad
  • Goats’ Cheese and Onion Tart with Micro Rocket (v)
  • Fillet of Beef with Thyme and Garlic Marinated Baby Artichokes
  • Char-grilled Flatbread, Garlic Mushrooms with Rocket and Parmesan (v)
  • Thyme Roasted Butternut Squash and Feta open Lasagne (v) (chilled)

Main Courses

  • Corn-fed Chicken with a Spinach Mousse and Hazelnut and Herb Risotto
  • Pan-roasted Salmon with Crayfish Bisque Sauce, Chive Mash and Buttered Asparagus
  • Poached Corn-fed Chicken Breast with Puy Lentils, Pancetta and Sage in Broth
  • Grilled Fillet of Beef with Watercress Puree, Roasted Potatoes, Crushed Butternut and Red Wine Jus
  • Rack of Lamb, Celeriac Puree, Sauteed Wild Mushrooms and a Fondant Potato
  • Poached Pollack, Baby Carrots, Leeks and Potatoes with Sorrell Sauce
