To guarantee delivery of service and equipment all orders must be received at least 5 working days prior to the Event and are subject to availability.
Any late orders are subject to a 20% surcharge per order.

Call costs are broken down as follows: Telephone calls 30p per unit, ISDN/2 calls 15p per unit. The duration of a unit various depending on the destination of the call, duration of the call and time of day call initiated.

Internet services are supplied to The QEIICC on an E3 (34mb/sec) hardwired connection. The QEIICC uses a wireless network to connect to this high speed Internet service which can be set up and used anywhere in The QEIICC during your event. All PCs hired from The QEIICC have internet connection supplied. Prices quoted include all internet usage.
We can also supply a direct connection to the Internet for exhibitors, if required. Please contact ict@qeiicc.co.uk for pricing. Connection for one PC only. Additional PC’s on same connection are charged at £50.00 each (see Additional IP address below).
