At The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre we understand that the budget for your event is a huge consideration. We publish the prices of our main meeting rooms, however we would prefer to discuss your event with you, to learn all about your requirements and how we can help here at the Centre.
Our rooms can cater for many different styles of event, and our Sales Support team can advise you on which rooms would be the most suitable and how you can achieve your objectives within your budget.
Rooms at the Centre
We sell all of our main meeting rooms with an audio visual package, to give you a foundation from which to start. Most of our rooms include sound, lighting and projection along with technical support on the day. As all events are different, there is a certain amount included, which you can then build on with our in-house team to produce your event, from professional and simple, to creative and highly technical.
Catering areas are hired on a basis of minimum numbers and your menu choice.
There is a wide variety of syndicate or breakout rooms available at the Centre, and they are offered on either a room hire only basis, or audio visual packages can be included. The benefit of booking the room with the audio visual package is the equipment included is discounted compared to ordering the same items separately.
A new fully inclusive Day Delegate Rate (DDR) of £79+VAT available at the Centre, provides clients with a value for money option.
