Catherine Cook

Catherine joined the Centre in 2004, from Marriott International where she was part of the Sales Team involved in the opening of the London Marriott Park Lane.  Catherine started with Marriott in 1997 as a Receptionist, then moved into Group Sale and then became an Event Manger where she organised group bookings and conference at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square. 

After 7 years of working with Marriott International Catherine joined the Commercial Team at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre where she developed her Sales skills within the Meeting, Conference and Association markets.  Catherine then moved into Account Management where she developed a number of key accounts and was responsible for generating a turnover of £4 million for the Centre. 

In October 2011 Catherine was promoted to Senior Account Manager where her focus has been to develop a new team responsible for increasing revenue through account development and enquiry handling in order to promote the Centre to new clients.
