Sue Etherington

Sue has been at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre for the past 8 years and has been responsible for generating new clients from UK and International Markets. With a background in the hotel and conference centre sector, most recently as National Sales Director at Red Carnation Hotels, a luxury boutique chain of hotels, Sue has extensive knowledge of the corporate and MICE markets.

Since joining the QEIICC Sue has become extensively involved with the International Association Market and has been interacting with ICCA at various events during these 8 years, contributing to winning a number of International Association congresses to London and QEIICC in that time. Sue currently sits on the Board of ICCA UK and Ireland Chapter ( International Congress and Convention Association) and was on the Board of MPI UK Chapter ( Meeting Professional Internationals) for 2 years until this year.
