Technical Information:

The meeting room hire includes basic sound, lighting and projection equipment. There are lighting bars, 3 phase power, induction loop and a large amount of 13A floor sockets. CAT 5 and 6 cabling is available under the flooring and there is a wireless network throughout. High Definition projection with widescreen (16:9) is available to hire in this room, along with capabilities for satellite links, interpretation and audience response if required.

The Centre has a wide variety of syndicate rooms seating between 25 and 180 theatre style. These rooms can be used in various combinations to accommodate your workshops, hospitality and smaller meetings as part of your larger event.

Technical Information:

The rooms are flexible and audio visual and IT equipment can be installed easily, to suit your requirements. Audio visual packages are available in the larger areas, which offer a discount on hiring the equipment separately. There is a wireless network available throughout the areas.
